Our Coordination Services are designed for clients who have already planned their event/wedding &need professional support to ensure a seamless, stress-free celebration. Whether you’re finalizing the details in the last month or simply need expert management on the big day, we offer flexible packages tailored to your level of preparedness. Let us handle the logistics, liaise with your vendors, & oversee on-site execution. What’s Included (Depending on Your Chosen Package): Event Review: We’ll review your plans, vendor contracts, &event details in advance. Timeline Creation: We develop a detailed timeline Vendor Liaison: ensure all vendors are aligned/prepared and manage all communication. On-Site Management: Our team is on the ground to coordinate setup, assist with guest flow, manage the event schedule, & troubleshoot any unforeseen issues. Day-Of Troubleshooting & Oversight: We handle the behind-the-scenes details. Package Options: Day-Of Coordination: Ideal for clients who have fully planned their event &need professional management on the day itself. We begin final checks, timeline creation, &vendor confirmations two weeks before the event. Month-Of Coordination: Perfect for those who want additional support leading up to their special day. We step in one month prior to ensure every detail is polished, vendors are fully aligned, &the event day is set to run effortlessly. This includes more comprehensive review, final checks, and extended communication with all parties involved. Pricing & Additional Fees: (for up to 200 guests) Weddings (Day-Of): Starting at $2800 with 3-5 coordinators. Events (Day-Of): Starting at $1,650 with 1-2 coordinators. Proposals or Minimal Events (Day-Of): Starting at $500; only 1 coordinator. Month-Of Coordination (Weddings): Starting at $3,250 with 4 coordinators. Month-Of Coordination (Events): Starting at $2,150 with 4 coordinators. Additional Fees: Extra Hours: $300 per additional hour of coordination Additional Coordinators: $375 per extra on-site coordinator. Booking & Policies: Consultation Required: All clients must book a consultation to discuss their event vision and confirm availability. The fee will be credited toward your booking if you move forward. Booking Timeline: Coordination services should be reserved at least a month in advance. Cancellation Policy
Mandatory Consultation: All clients must book a consultation to discuss their event vision, confirm service alignment, and ensure availability. Booking Timeline: Coordination services should be secured at least one month in advance. For Day-Of Coordination, our work begins 2weeks before your event. For Month-Of Coordination, we start a month prior to the event date. Late Booking: Any services booked with shorter notice may incur additional fees based on availability. How to Schedule Your Consultation Complete the Event Coordination Services Inquiry Form https://forms.office.com/r/CRXcrSSKF0 to provide us with initial details about your event and pay the consultation fee. Once we receive your form, we’ll contact you to schedule the consultation based on your availability and confirm payment arrangements. DISPUTE AND PAYMENT POLICY Acknowledgment of Services: By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges that the consultation or service outlined in this invoice is non-refundable and agrees to the terms specified herein. Payment Authorization: By providing credit or debit card information, the client authorizes ARISCREATIONZ Projects to charge the agreed amount and affirms that the card is legally theirs to use. By paying via credit or debit card, cash app or PayPal, and any other form of payment, the client also agrees to the terms of this invoice from The Ariscreationz Projects and acknowledges the services being rendered. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims: Any chargeback or fraud claim filed with the bank must be substantiated with evidence. If such a claim is found to be invalid or false, ARISCREATIONZ Projects reserves the right to take legal action to recover the disputed amount, along with any additional fees, legal expenses, and costs associated with the resolution of the claim. Dispute Resolution: Clients must notify ARISCREATIONZ Projects in writing of any disputes/concerns within 48 hours of receiving this invoice or service. Disputes must first attempt to be resolved directly with us before involving third parties like banks. Late Payment Fee: Payments not made within the 7-day grace period will incur a late fee of 10%. Services will be paused until full payment, including the late fee, is received. Cancellation Policy: If a client cancels services after payment is made, the payment is non-refundable if the client does not move forward with our services. Payment may be applied to future bookings at ARISCREATIONZ projects' discretion.
